HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
|
Reservations are made based on first come first serve basis. The availability of the rooms in each hotel and each category is limited.
Only guarantee reservation will be accepted. To guarantee your reservation, a deposit payment of one night is required upon booking and full payment must be settled not later than MAY 31, 2012.
From MAY 31, 2012 onwards, only payment made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) will be accepted and full payment must be made to guarantee the booking.
All credit card payments will be subjected to a 3% surcharge.
Hotel Check in time : 1400 Hours
Hotel check out time : 1200 Hours
Late check out
Before 1800 Hours : 50% of the full day rate applied
After 1800 hours onwards : Full Day room rates applied

HOTEL CONFIRMATION
|
Upon receipt of reservation form, the secretariat will acknowledge and inform you the availability of your requested hotel.
An invoice will be issued and send to you. Payment of one night deposit must be received 7 days from the date of invoice and balance payment must be received on/before MAY 31, 2012.
No booking will be confirmed until payment is received.
A hotel confirmation number will be sent to you upon receipt the full payment.

AMENDMENT/ CANCELLATION AND REFUND
|
Any modification or cancellation to your reservation must be notified and made in writing to Congress Secretariat via email at hotel@apcp2012.org or fax to +603 7956 6608.
For cancellation received on/before MAY 31, 2012 will be refunded less one night deposit. Cancellation received after MAY 31, 2012 will be no refund.
For any modification made after MAY 31, 2012, an administration fee of USD50.00 will be applied per amendment. Confirmation is subject to the availability.
For booking more than 5 rooms, below attrition schedule will be applied.
On/before 20 Jan 2012 : 50% of the total rooms/nights blocked
On/before 20 Feb 2012 : 25% of the total rooms/nights blocked
On/before 20 March 2012 : 15% of the total rooms/nights blocked
On/before 15 May 2012 : 05% of the total rooms/nights blocked
After 15 May 2012 : No cancellation allowed

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM CONGRESS VENUE
|
Pick-up and drop-off coaches will be provided for the appointed Congress Hotels (please refer to the Room Reservation form) to and from Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) for the duration of the Congress from the September 8-12, 2012. A detailed coach schedule will be disclosed nearer to the Congress.
Pick-up and drop-off coaches to and from BCCK will not be available for the other hotels.
